Anyone SE Turtle Beach?

Anyone on here have any success SE'ing Turtle Beach before?

Easy to find S/N on ebay etc as its printed just at the side
Warranty claims page only asks for S/N, still awaiting a response as it says they take up to 4 days for a response

I'm going to assume they want pics or something, but just wanted to know if any of you guys have had success with them without doing a DNA, empty box ect

Looks like I'll have to get photoshop then somehow and learn how to use it!

Wont be able to get to my laptop until the end of next week, might try getting someone on ebay to take the photo for their proof to me that they're legit

Alternatively, you can use the corrupted file method, but do note that It can be a lengthy process going back & forth with multiple requests for the file.

Moreover, you'd need to be very persistent and push them beyond their limits.

They ask for no receipt. Claimed as gift, but they ask for POD & picture with a note.

Lol no. You do not have to go to that length for a simple SE. Get someone from user services and have them shop it for you. It is extremely inexpensive. Pictures are usually $2-$5. Videos of destruction or ownership could cost a bit more.
