hi mate by any chance could you send a screenshot of the email with you and the police? currently in the same situation but i havent heard back form them on email for a couple days now. everytime i speak on the phone they INSIST on hard copy or the investigation is on 'hold'.

Writing a very wordy email to them as we speak.

Just got the infestigation done

I am in the same situation, I have now requested evidence to prove that the watch was in the box at the time of shipping and the exact weight of the package shipped including the consignment detail specifying that weight for my order, so Far its been a week since my request and they’ve ignored me, I have today emailed again requesting that the case be escalated as per mothered’s suggestion, i also copied in another apple email address as suggested by another apple rep.

If they continue to refuse your claim, be sure to request photographic evidence of the package condition at the time It was delivered to your address.

Every angle of the package must be Included In the photo(s). That's provided you didn't mention anything about the package not showing signs of tampering.
