Outlast is okay for an hour. Then the jump scares wear off and it's a boring grind for 3 hours until the end.
Besides that I can't really think of any.

There is a flash game that I have played before known as "Purgatorium". It can be extremely scary if you have your volume high, are alone in your house, and have all of the lights off. Despite being a very small game, it'll give you a nice spook. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/347396

Don't listen to that homosexual uzinero person. Outlast is shit. The Beginner's Guide is probably one of the best titles this year and although not really a horror game it does really mess with your emotions. If you do play it, don't try and find out what its about. Just go in blind. Its on sale now so grab it while you can.
