I have set up dendriod and it works out of the box but you will need a binder to get it to work with any app I was working on a binder but work has taken most of my time and I never pursued it any further. And you are right @
Courage that is sketchy as hell because dendroid is 10.9 mb lol hope you find what you are looking for keep us posted never know when I'll have some free time to work on another Android rat. Could be fun.

Dendroid, AndroRAT, Droidjack are some that I have heard of. This is also interesting:

Andr0id_l0ck.zip - 7.1 MB
DENDROID.zip - 5.6 MB
mazar.zip - 19.1 MB
Would you please upload it to other servers? The server drops connection at 98% of the download files.

There are tons on github.
https://github.com/AhMyth/AhMyth-Android-RAT
https://github.com/AdvancedHacker101?tab=repositories ~ Cross OS and you need to build everything yourself but worth it.
https://github.com/globalpolicy/PhoneMonitor
These are the most up to date source codes after a quick browse.
Also you can use a legitimate apk file and backdoor it for use with MSF,
https://github.com/dana-at-cp/backdoor-apk
There's many reasons to stay away from Dendroid unless you plan on updating the panel itself and fixing the numerous bugs in the code, it's not the best tool for the job, it works but it's by far nowhere near updated as it should be,
https://0day.today/exploits/24317#popup_welcome_div this lovely Remote Code Execution Vulnerability in the panel proves my theory.
