Yes the SIM  is inside and works but i am not sure if the bluetooth is on or not.

as far as SIM signal locating i'm lacking the time to explain this at the moment, so am creating tutorial on this subject ASAP,

if you found something called while scanning ' Tile ' what does that mean?
also what does D8M mean? is there anything that detects 4G data near you?
