before the first scan it usually shows only that the label has been created, so this is indeed quite an unusual situation and nice potential for a refund!

Asking from you to wait and hanging up. Faking solutions, or manager reports...  but the worst part  they have NO logic or comon sense and are just on a bot-mode leaving their brain at the door of the open space.

UPS picked up a return from me last month. It took FIFTEEN days for the status to finally change to "received by Amazon".

UPS picked up a return from me last month. It took FIFTEEN days for the status to finally change to "received by Amazon".

  But you had called / asked them if it was already there? Becausse I had a mail from the OP confirming me: "it's ok, we had received it. Your reutn is here  x)

I rang and asked them what was taking so long and they hadn't received it yet. They were just responding with the usual gibberish.. "it takes 30 days for your refund to be processed" etc. Didn't really answer my question of why it hadn't reached them yet.

Social engineering requires a lot of patience, of which waiting periods are a big part of the equation.

At the end of the day, as long as the job gets done, then that's all that matters.
