Amazon wrong item HELP 03-21-2022, 08:04 PM

Hey, trying to SE amazon with the wrong item method,i already got the item i want and the "wrong item" (ordered from another account)
The weight is the same.
Im chatting with amazon and now they are asking for photos of the shipping box and the wrong item i received and i have to send them to "deliveryinvestigation@amazon" what should i do?

mothered im planning to just send them the photos, looking forward to listen to your opinion

yes they wanted to see the box shipping number, the wrong item and the serial number on it. Btw they accepted my return, now i just need to ship the item back. Thank u for your help.
