When replacements are sent out are OTPs still required?

If It's a very high value Item, they'd need to ensure It's received by the correct recipient, hence an OTP may be required.

I’m guessing they don’t as they can’t place another OTP on it as it is not a order

A new OTP Is generated against the replacement Invoice.

Right so if SE goes as planned DNA’ing a replacement will be out the window. There won’t be any other option, right? Has there been any successes with DNA’ing a OTP delivery?
