Amazon replacement query - Itsit - 04-27-2022 Need some information about replacements when they are sent out from Amazon. When replacements are sent out are OTPs still required? I’m guessing they don’t as they can’t place another OTP on it as it is not a order or do they require the same OTP used for the first item? Someone with experience please inform me. Right so if SE goes as planned DNA’ing a replacement will be out the window. There won’t be any other option, right? Has there been any successes with DNA’ing a OTP delivery? Would double claiming wrong item on replacement be a risk? I think that’ll be my only choice..
