Hello. I have a question, I am refunding a gaming pc now, price is 1079 cad dollars, i told him that i got an empty package. They told me that they will contact the carrier and someone else and it will take 72 hours or 3 business days , do you think i will get the refund ?
Thank you

I never understand why people SE this super high value items. You're putting yourself at great risk in my opinion.
We need more information:
- Age of your account?
- Done any refunds in the past?
- Your own, personal account?
- How much orders do you have on your account?
- Which rep did you talk to (optional)
Personally I'd discourage "Social Engineering" such high value items. You're only doing it for the money, not for "the skill", because of that I'm not sure whether I'll help you out, but if I do, I'm going to need that information. Handy for others that might want to help as well.
~~ Might be back? ~~

Empty box method is not good at all for large items by size or weight. Also lately they have been bitching with investigations. Please continue updating about how is it going.

Well I can say that someone softly during shipping and put the bricks in it or something like that . That they put it something in it and made heavy so it looked that there is a pc there

well you've already said that the box was empty, do not try to change what you told them a lot or they will suspect.

Best case scenario they will do their investigation, speak to carrier and say nothing they can do and contact police for a report
A bit risky to go through with the report on this occasion, just make up some crap about your brother playing a practical joke on you because you're always on the computer and he knows your old one broke so thought he would wind you up by putting bricks in it, etc
