Hey guys , anyone has any experience with refunding order delivered at freight forwarders address?

Have never got away with it they will simply tell you contact FF if something or anything happens to the package even though you tell them incorrect quantity or wrong item

Usually we opt out for this option when we ship the items to a different country and we use a third party shipper or FF as amazon calls it

Yes , Amazon doesnt ship to my country directly , that's why we use FF service , and that is very hard to refund , almost impossible , so can you give us any advise , any ideas or something???
