Hey guys , anyone has any experience with refunding order delivered at freight forwarders address?

Have never got away with it they will simply tell you contact FF if something or anything happens to the package even though you tell them incorrect quantity or wrong item

Why are you opting for this, and not a direct shipment?

Usually we opt out for this option when we ship the items to a different country and we use a third party shipper or FF as amazon calls it

If a freight forwarder or hand-carrying is used, the following terms will apply:
Amazon won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Amazon isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Yes , Amazon doesnt ship to my country directly , that's why we use FF service , and that is very hard to refund , almost impossible , so can you give us any advise , any ideas or something???
