Amazon refund - need help 01-21-2019, 01:56 PM
#1
I have refunded Amazon several times, but this time they want me to pick up the package at a post office, this requires signature and ID, unlike if it was just dropped off at my front door (which for some reason wasn't possible today).
It's a €150 Blue Yeti microphone, ordered from amazon.de
Should I just say that I never received it, even though I will end up signing it at the post office?

Post offices also have security cameras, personally I would not use the DNA method, instead you could say you recieved the wrong item and send back an item with similar weight?

Think yourself, just pick something that has similar weight.
