Amazon refund AUS - Unlocking Accounts 01-10-2023, 07:38 AM

Hi all, First time posting.
Been refunding / SE'ing amazon, and as anyone with experience might know - the hardest part of the process is being able to order the item in the first place (not the actual refund).
I am not sure what the protocol is in other countries, but attempting to order any item of significant value (+$500 AUD) will result in your account being locked while they request for you to submit billing details in order to verify your payment - until then your account will be suspended, and logging in will bring you to the submission page where you can provide the information required.. It is worth noting this is mostly with newer accounts (even if you've been putting mug orders). You will be required to submit a statement which matches the NAME, ADDRESS, C@RD NUMBER associated with the attempted purchase on the amazon account. Upon submission of these - a mythical "account specialist" will try to verify your information - and if successful, your order will go through and your account is good to go.
In most attempts, submitting the correct information (forged documents or legit) will result in your documents being declined - and you needing to resubmit the documents. In some cases, it takes a good 2-4 days of constant resubmitting (maybe 5 resubmits - and yes the same documents that were declined initially) for them to finally unlock the account. In some cases - the accounts will never get unlocked, even when supplying legitimate info.
Im asking if anyone has had success - or a more efficient way of unlocking amazon accounts after the billing info lock.
Some information that could be helpful to build an idea of their system:
What documents do you provide when trying to unlock (statement, picture of ID, picture of c@rd used, etc.)
Alternative emails you contact at amazon when asking for an account unlock
mugging patterns before attempting a high amount purchase
account age before attempting a high amount purchase
amount attempted of purchase to trip the lock
Thank you for your input, and if anyone located in AUS wanted to chat / exchange information about amz se - hit me up!
