Amazon rebill questions 12-02-2022, 08:02 PM
#1
Hey, I have a few questions about Amazon rebill.
1. Does amazon rebill only the credit card used for that order?
2. If amazon can't rebill the needed credit card, will they rebill the ones used on previous orders?
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.
I don't answer PM.

Oh, okay then. Because I have on previous orders I used my main card that I used for everyday and keep all my funds. But for that order I used a virtual card that I will delete after getting the funds.

What was the value of the order and where did you acquire your virtual card ?
It's like 750 eur. There are many banks that can give you VCC , but the main ones are Monese, Revolut , Zen.com in Europe.

Whats the point in a VCC if its in your own name ? Wouldnt the bank still charge your account that the VCC is linked to ?
VCC can be deleted and it doesn't let you to get charged by Amazon. Also, you can just transfer your money to your normal bank account and if your bank account with VCC charged there is no money in it, failed rebill and that's it. I don't know if you ever saw, but I even saw ads in my country saying to use VCC to for safe shopping in the internet.

Yeah but you will still have a minus balance on your account which will affect your credit rating. This is a short term solution that stops them taking the funds you have on hand via a rebill, no longevity here.
Yes there are legitimate OPSEC related reasons for using a VCC but it does not fully protect you against a rebill.
It doesn't make your balance minus. I had rebill from another company and it just failed and it didn't affect my Revolut account. The bank name's that I gave, in my country no one uses them as their main banks where they keep all their funds and get the credit if they needed.
