Hello, I was ordering from amazon without problems and refunding it for a long time now, Refunds were easy, nothing to worry about. But Right now I really need your help. Here is how I was doing it always, I was restarting my phone, turning airplane mode on and off which changed my external ip, I used new CC and ordered from amazon without problems and of course refunded it. Right now I am trying the same, but amazon keeps blockig my account saying that my order can not be shipped, this kind of thing happened before also, but restarting the phone and changing address always fixes it, right now whatever I do it still blocks it. Can someone please somehow at least tell me what can be the problem and I will try to fix it somehow. I just don't have a single idea what can be the problem. I am hitting rock bottom right now because I just can not order from Amazon, refunds were never the problem. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance and sorry for some grammar mistakes.

So If you create another account using a VPN, completely new credentials Inclusive of a payment system, you're still blocked?

Yep right away it says order can not be shipped. vpn does not work with amazon

then it must be the card your using ? you tring multiple card meaning your carding amazon to or what ?
change the name of your device also
they banned me from chat one time, i changed name of pc and that was the only thing that worked lol

A portion of the new account Is still linked to your previous one.

If you create It on your friend's PC using their ISP with completely new credentials, I can assure you It will not be an Issue. Alternatively, tether to your cell phone using another PC with every credential changed.
