^ That's the key to success with every chargeback and most Importantly, to have an array of evidence supporting your claim.

Interesting stuff, so Amazon itself didn't want you to give the money and only you get them threw Revolut chargeback? But after that, you got an email from Amazon saying a chargeback was issued and asked for tracking number.

I'm asking because I have coincidently had the same problem on one of my amazon.nl accounts, waiting now for ftid to be delivered and then I will try to write to them on a date that they provided me. I'm holding my fingers that it will succeed still, even having an account locked.

Yes, and after a month I got an email from Revolut that they got my money back and I had it on my account. Amazon also sent me an email with all the information about the chargeback I submitted to revolut, then they asked for the package number. That's all, I did nothing more. I told Revolut true story with some screenshots.

hello. I'm having a similar problem, I tried an EB on amz.es and I received ofm. The transaction was also done with Revolut but I don't know if it's good to try a chargeback because the name in Revolut is different from the name in the amazon account and in the package and order. What do you think about this?
