Amazon ofm and refund 12-29-2022, 06:01 PM
#1
Hi I have a trouble with amazon.de. I wanted to FTID iPad Pro, but it failed (they said that they received incorrect item). In addiction 30 days past so return window expired. I asked them for a new label - after a few tries they created me a new return and label. The package with the correct item arrived on December 22nd. On December 28th I received an OFM... Will I get my money back?

I've got off from amazon.fr (I don't remember I have acc on amazon.fr):
Dear Customer,
We have closed your customer account. We took this action because our records indicate that we closed one of your other accounts due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If we close your account due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our market place.
You can view our Terms and Conditions here:
amazon.fr/gp/help/customer/xxx
If you had any open orders on this account, those orders were canceled when we closed the account.
Any digital content you purchased with this account, however, remains available. To access this content, click on the "Manage Your Content and Devices" link in the "Your Orders" menu on Amazon.fr.
To dispute this decision, reply to this email to get in touch with an account specialist. Our customer service can only confirm that we sent this message and assist you with technical issues. However, he is not in a position to reverse this decision or give you more details on this issue.
Cordially,
The account specialist
Amazon.fr
Next I've got email from support (I asked them when I can expect refund before OFM - after that mail I've got OFM):
I'm Prem, writing from Amazon.de regarding your query about the order xxx
Unfortunately we're unable to take any action on your order. This is because your accoun is closed at this time.
I found that you have received an email about this on Dienstag, 6. Dezember 2022 um 16:56 (CET) with the subject line 'Ihre Rücksendungen an Amazon.de' advising you of the issue with your order.
For help with this return, please respond to the email mentioned above with all relevant information. The specialist team will contact you within 3 days (72 hours) once your email is received.
Thank you for your understanding.
I've replied for that mail and today I've got that mail:
Good day,
We understand your request, however our team does not currently offer telephone support. You can reach us by replying to this email.
regards
Account Specialist
Amazon.de
I replied to this email with all the details and information and asked when I would get my money back

In my limited experience this is usually the end of the line, whether your claim is genuine or not. Another more experienced SE'r might be able to offer some advice though

Wait for their answer to your email. There is an option for a bank chargeback, 90 % that would be succesfull.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.
I don't answer PM.

Ok, but I've never done a chargeback, what does it look like, is it difficult?
It depends on your bank. You need to write to their support wanting to make a chargeback.
