They have a very good security blocker. So yes they will connect your multiple accounts. However there is always a way around their security, because they are constantly updating their systems.

The sealed box method doesn't need to deal with police report.
Correct.

Basically, anything that Involves Items and packages missing during transit/shipping, are prone to a police report.

For Instance, forget about using VPNs and different systems whilst on your very own network. Instead, go to a friend's house (who's never used Amazon) and use his/her device and ISP. Create a fresh account with a completely different name, address, payment system, email address etc, Inclusive of the password being of no relevance to your previous account.

I can assure you that they will not find reason to link your accounts.

Are there any valids alternatives to not involve someone that i know? can be RDP good to use in this case?

It certainly Is, but to be on the absolute safe side, be sure to connect using another device.
