Amazon linking my multiple accounts ? - Raccoon - 08-15-2020
Hello, I was wondering if Amazon could link and recognize me having multiple accounts, if each account has my real name but having the goods of each account shipped to a different address in my neighborhood, and every other account info will be different and unique from each other.
In my case each address is distant 1 kilometer from each other.
Thank you for any insight about it.

It might, it depends on the amount of the accounts with the same name and surname.
Let's say 4. What do you think might be the probability that 4 different people with the same name and surname who live in the same city, enclosed by 1-2 km might be? I bet low.

Even Amazon centers In different countries, have the capacity to link accounts.

They can and they will as soon as you begin doing a bit of refunds. They can link in unknown ways even to people who tried to use different computers, different names, cards, billing address, ecc.
They will close all your accounts when they do.

I can confirm the same. They can and likely will once they are suspicious of your behaviour.
Changing every single possible detail regarding your new account (name, address, IP MAC etc, payment info and so on) will slow them down but will not make it impossible.

If you change "every Identifiable detail" properly, they will not link your account.
For Instance, forget about using VPNs and different systems whilst on your very own network. Instead, go to a friend's house (who's never used Amazon) and use his/her device and ISP. Create a fresh account with a completely different name, address, payment system, email address etc, Inclusive of the password being of no relevance to your previous account.
I can assure you that they will not find reason to link your accounts.

by using a different name, how can I do police reports if Amazon requested it for a SEed item?

You can make a fake one but I cannot recommend it.

The DNA and boxing methods are both susceptible to police reports.
