Hello everybody,
I just did the "did not arrive" method on Amazon, i got the rep on the phone and he said he will start an investigation for me. The package was not signed for and i will be receiving the outcome of the investigation between monday and wednesday. I am wondering, how will they check if my item did or did not arrive?
