Amazon investigation - TechnoAli - 04-13-2019
Hello everybody,
I just did the "did not arrive" method on Amazon, i got the rep on the phone and he said he will start an investigation for me. The package was not signed for and i will be receiving the outcome of the investigation between monday and wednesday. I am wondering, how will they check if my item did or did not arrive?

I'm not even sure they do anything. They'll most like just tell you to file a police report before taking action.

I think they are doing something , they already sent out the form to DHL, but i don't know if DHL is gonna say it did arrive.

Here's the thing, there really is no way to 100% make sure you got the item. Use this to your advantage.
