Thanks again !
keep in mind i did many DNAs with amazon on separate accounts but with similar cards but with a goood 15 orders before each DNA.. eventually it was the 50" tv that got me banned.. still got it for free, but yeh, a DNA with a tv is too much, i think maybe it was just the fact i did a tonne of DNA's in succession also.. you get banned up to a week after a successful DNA as thy investigate later on, if I was to do it again I would take it slower and do way less DNAs and a lot more wrong item received, as I think they dont count those as important and you can do bigger value items easily (with a bit of research into weight of package).. also i've personally got loads of wrong items before.. never a real dna from amazon.. so they must have a much bigger tolerance for wrong item,
If you want a TV, DNA a watch and sell it. Then buy the TV. It not always necessary to directly SE the exact item you want.

As a matter of Interest, was an Investigation opened, or did they simply approve the claim?

They opened an investigation, and asked me to sign an affidavit. The package was left at my front door, so I signed and returened it, and they provided me with a refund.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
It's Informative to know, that Amazon do not pursue further action with an affidavit.

because a tv can make the guy checking your account ban you a lot quicker.. as its more unlikely a tv just goes missing
