I contacted them via chat, referred to the email that said I'd get a refund, and this is what she said:

"I have requested a refund of 303,95 €  euros to the account associated with your payment car Please note that bancks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show the amount on your banck statement. However, depending on your banck, the refund processing time may be"

I didnt get any other email apart from this one, is this a W?
