DNA or EB but maybe DNA is the best option, unless they have an OTP on the deliver

DNA, doesn’t seem like an otp will be needed, never refunded on this account either

I contacted them via chat, they told to me to wait til the 28th, and on the email they stated as following:
"In case you do not get the item till 27th October 2023 then you can contact us back on 28th October 2023 and we will give you the full refund for the same."
Seems be promising

I contacted them via chat, referred to the email that said I'd get a refund, and this is what she said:
"I have requested a refund of 303,95 € euros to the account associated with your payment card. Please note that banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show the amount on your bank statement. However, depending on your bank, the refund processing time may be"
I didnt get any other email apart from this one, is this a W?
