I just SE for the 1st time two weeks ago a Nintendo Switch game using the empty box méthod.
The package must be sign. Thé guardian has signed because i was at work.
I call them and say my package was empty but perfectly sealed.
The guy say « sorry for that, amazon is sorry about that, Amazon don’t like when customers have problem... » stuff like that
And without asking, he ask me refund or replace because it was sell ans send by amazon.
Ils was very easy, the guy has make all the work, i say refund.

If i do it again with another switch game, this is will work again ?

A little unrelated to the thread, but related to what you are saying,

Theoretically, if the company is large enough to where they deal with thousands of legit customer service issue each day and you SE them with the same method (different address, name, ETC) often, they may not notice, right?

When they're Inundated with claims and do not have the manpower to address each one accordingly, then yes, they may not notice.
