Timing between SEs Is crucial, namely when using the same method on the same company and Item. There must be a significant gap from one SE to another.

A little unrelated to the thread, but related to what you are saying,

Theoretically, if the company is large enough to where they deal with thousands of legit customer service issue each day and you SE them with the same method (different address, name, ETC) often, they may not notice, right?

When they're Inundated with claims and do not have the manpower to address each one accordingly, then yes, they may not notice.
