Amazon.de refusing refund for DNA

An update is now the third party seller is asking me to sign an affidavit. Any tips on how to avoid signing this?

I've now started getting bot type replies from amazon "I will forward this request to the appropriate department. As there is no help via chat at the moment, you will receive an email response shortly."

It's only an affidavit, by not signing them, you will not get any progress and the refund then will just fail. They will ask you to sign it over and over again.

The seller is saying "“If you're still convinced you haven't received it, please fill in the attached document (affidavit). After that we'll start an investigation of the whereabouts of your package. Until we know for 100% sure where the package is, we can't refund the order. Our courier is currently investigating if this is the case. The customer needs to fill in the attached form to declare he/she hasn't received the shipment.”

I'm telling amazon that the seller is asking me to sign legal documents that I do not feel comfortable signing.

there is already no signature on order upon receiving ... which is necessary required by the courier , you did the claim on perfect conditions go ahead and sign it to reclaim your refund with repeating that "YOU DID NOT RECIEVE THE ITEM IN PERSON"
