Amazon.de refused delivery return time

15 days but return arrived in 3 days, it took a lot cause amazon refused delivery 2 times, so rare shit from amazon cause when i refused delivery agent from dhl called me and told me that is better to receive the package because amazon sometimes refused the delivery and i will lost the money and the stuff. I was lucky cause i refused the delivery in customs and cs agent told me that i can claim as dna and they will refund anyway.

Interesting stuff, it's weird that Amazon has problems even with legit returns, I thought that everything would be fast and smooth, but it's like 17th day and still nothing from Amazon.

A lot of problems going on with amazon. If you research it further and google refund, returns, and chargebacks reddit you will see a whole slew of problems. It seems amazon employees are stealing from customers in all aspects or amazon itself. You will get the runaround with support. The top tier CS are becoming like 1st line of CS. If anything just go straight to CB. I can bet that the amazon employees have found a loopholes. They are probably SE'ing the system with no repercussions. None of the CS will want to take responsibility for high value items. I bet it has to do with the new CEO downsizing. Someone even made a joke not to purchase more than 50$ on amazon.

I am on a similar but much worse situation. 2000€ value here, delivery tracking says it was delivered to and received by Amazon.

Amazon insists they never received (4 months now) and my chargeback failed.

Started an ODR but don't know what to do next. This was a legit return.

Have you tried calling up?

What do you mean that chargeback failed? Did you refused it or returned by yourself? Yesterday I submitted the chargeback to Revolut, they confirmed it and now I have to wait up to 50 days if Amazon responds or no to it.

When i say chargeback failed i mean i received the value. but after 4-5 weeks the credit card provided refused my reasons and charged the value again.

I already tried emailing UPS, they sent a different proof of delivery but say i cannot start a dispute because a lot of time have passed.

I started an ODR but I am not confident on it.

Calling Amazon never helps.

Oh I see. I recommend to have separate bank accounts on even different banks, one would be for SE and another would be the main for keeping your funds, that way you would have sent them to another bank and they would not charge you because there would be nothing to charge, in the worst scenario you would not use it again or just close the account. I myself use different banks. But I am waiting for the best, because I have all the proof that I didn't take the package and it was returned to Amazon by the carrier.

any updates receiving back your money ? as i remember i mentioned in your previous post that i saw a member where he accepted the goods then painfully got a refund after 6 months after returning it , didn't imagine your situation would be the same since you didn't even accept the goods ...

Hi guys,

Just woke up to the same situation as one of you above. Not a great start to my day.

Did a chargeback for an iPhone 14 pro -£1.2k, approved by my bank, dispute refund was issued a couple days after. Now, sadly, Amazon is denying receiving the parcel, Tracking shows as failed pick up from my house (as that's the only way to return 'high value items' to Amazon these days), I have the confirmation of pick up but due to what the tracking says, I have lost the case.

All the relevant information was passed onto my bank when I initiated the CB. What are my options, here? If I was to take out all my funds from the bank, what would happen? Would they chase me for this money?

Many thanks for any input.
