Could you elaborate further?

Old news, you can find the information on the telegram channels that give these services. But such thing as Amazon.de RTS is patched long time ago, you won't get a refund until Amazon receives your package and you know that they will not receive it. Also, if you don't know how the scans work and if they work, stay away, because the ones that are selling are wanting money and that's it, they are not responsible if you fail SE after the scan is given or you didn't collect the needed information before buying it.

And yeah, please guys, share information about the thing I'm asking for in the topic if you have any.

FTID been a hit or miss since last year on every Amz domain (after they extended it to 30 days), I think that is the policy people talking about. You can still have success if it's a low value though because some agents just process a refund after asking you to fill a questionnaire. You can't hit on expensive orders like before because a ticket is made for returns department as only return specialist can process it. Also, they don't provide prepaid label for expensive items as much now.

The team will either find out that they received an empty package (if you didn't edit address properly) or they never received anything...

I saw a guy did LIT on a laptop that was worth about 1,5k euro, in May-July months. I asked some guys yesterday and they told me that Amazon said to contact the carrier and that's it , after waiting 30 days.
I have a friend that has an order of 1,4k euro with LIT, so he is kind of nervous, so wanted to do some research. I wonder what are the expensive and what are low items?
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

Was the message like this?
"I've checked the status of your return and according to our records the item you return hasn't been received at our returns center.

There a refund can't be processed and issued. I'm sorry but we are unable to help you further on this.

I hope you understand.

Thank you.

We hope to see you soon. "

LIT still has a better chance at working than FTID since you can argue it better. You just can't abuse it multiple times on same account now I would guess. They document return issues.

If your friend got a label then yea. As far as expensive items, I don't know exact cause it could be different for countries but I think it's around 1.5k+ in US. They not giving labels for expensive macs anymore for example but they still do for Ipad.

I know that you can do LIT or FTID on account once.
Yeah, he got a DHL prepaid label. The thing is that we are not new to FTID/LIT but the thing is that you can't know for sure that after waiting 30 days , you would not get a surprise from Amazon.de.

They don't provide a return label so they won't be liable for LIT?

What about amz insider scan technique? There's a boxer who offers such return.

Update: both LIT on order 1,4k eur and FTID on iPhone 14 Pro failed for my friends. Adding Amazon.de response email picture, for both it's the same text.

I don't know on other domains how it is. Some say that only .de is with problems, while others work fine.
