Amazon.de recent return policy changes? #1
Hello, guys. Lately, people started to chat in telegram about Lost In Transit and FTID not working on Amazon.de, can someone confirm this information? It's said that from the previous week Friday, Amazon.de changed their policy. I checked their policy pages a few times and didn't see anything out of order. It would be very nice if someone shared their information if they did one of these methods on Amazon.de in recent days or know anything about the policy changes.

I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

Following.

I always thought ftid has low success rate with amz.de anyway but LIT too? Do they just quote their new policy and deny refund?

I can't say anything about what they say because the news are recent and people don't want to share the information, ironically. But I am adding pictures below of what I am talking about, these are a few, other rumours are more on private groups. My 30 day deadline will be on the next month's 4th day, so only then I could confirm if it still works or not from my side.

I don't use .de but FTID been a hit or miss since last year (when they extended it to 30 days) on every domain from what I know. You can still hit if it's a low value though because some agents just process a refund after asking you to fill incident report.

Over a certain value they are unable to process a refund and need to create a ticket for the returns department. The team will either find out that they received an empty package (if you didn't edit address properly) or they never received anything...

Old news, you can find the information on the telegram channels that give these services. But such thing as Amazon.de RTS is patched long time ago, you won't get a refund until Amazon receives your package and you know that they will not receive it. Also, if you don't know how the scans work and if they work, stay away, because the ones that are selling are wanting money and that's it, they are not responsible if you fail SE after the scan is given or you didn't collect the needed information before buying it.

And yeah, please guys, share information about the thing I'm asking for in the topic if you have any.
