The team are saying the refund is too high value so they've had to submit a request. The value is £2400 but i've hit a £2500 refund in the past month where the rep was able to process instantly and i'd see the green text. Hence why i believe they have changed policy here in the uk.

Do you guys think the refund will hit?

Be offline a long time but the festive season is coming haha.... I thought it was not possible to refund when you have to use OTP. Clearly can't do EB so what are you doing a FTID?
anything I add over 150ish requires OTP so can't dna it thats for sure
