Se'ing 50" TV from Amazon. Fake sig and say did not receive best method?

I'm in Canada as well and recently bought a TV from Amazon. I expected them to want a sig but these savages just left it outside lol so wait til it's delivered if it hasn't been yet.

Well they didn’t even ask for sig, just threw it on the step and left. I went through live chat. Unfortunately they are opening an investigation and told me to check back in 3 business days. Am I screwed?
