Thank you so much for this. The thing is that I am based in the UK and usually those deliveries will either be Royal Mail or DPD. Any ideas?

This method is for the return. So it doesn't matter of how it gets delivered to you, but it matters that when you click to return it, it should be a DHL QR label return or as I said change it to a German address to get one and then write to support.

But am not sure if Amazon UK offers DHL returns - that's what confuses me.
