A legit refund/replacement can happen with a high value Item- just after the Amazon account was created. Amazon will not reject It.

The same applies when SEing. As far as you're concerned, It's not legit. As far as Amazon Is concerned, It Is. The moral to the story Is, If you prepare and execute your SE to give the Impression that It's an authentic claim, It will more than likely succeed.

I suppose this is the proper way to look at it, my point was just to say they are more likely to provide the refund if the account is aged.

I certainly agree.

A matured account with quite a few legit purchases, holds more ground than a 3 day old account without a single transaction.
Whatever the case, It all comes down to the skill set of the SE'er.

Just for reference, on a brand new account I was able to get an instant refund on a 1k order (CA) all depends on your method and execution
