This wasn't my first SE but I make at least a few legit orders between each one. The last SE on this account was like half a year ago. The account is several years old. I have never returned wrong items before so first time using this method.

That isn't a foolproof method and they're cracking down hard on refunds and returns in general. An iPhone is also high profile.

It is true that I had two accounts and one of them once received a OFM warning, but both were created with different data and payment methods. Since then, it's been a year since I only made legit purchases and was aging my accounts. The account from which I placed the order is several years old and has several legitimate orders on it so it should be strong enough in my opinion.

They 100% have CCTV in their warehouses and are able to see employees packing orders.

Where do you get that confidence? Have they ever provided you with evidence in the form of a video of a parcel being packed by an employee of their warehouse? Or have you ever heard of someone receiving such evidence?

I have seen footage. No, not aware of it being provided as evidence, but I imagine they wouldn't need to in small cases.

Yes. US. I would imagine they all have them. It would make little sense for them to NOT have any CCTV. It doesn't matter to me whether you believe me or not lol

Quote " I wrote in the text box the specific name of the item I received instead of the one that was originally ordered " .. I Think That Was Your Mistake , I've No Idea About The Wrong Item Nature But It Seems That What Was Sent To Them Was Indeed Impossible To Be Even Packed From The I-phone Sector As A Wrong Item .

Cheap powerbank and an iphone might not share the same warehouse, or even department inside warehouse? I'm only speculating.
I am the one who meows.
