- they could have evidence of the item being packaged with cctv cameras
- they could have linked your two accounts
- maybe your account is not strong enough
From what I have read on the forum, no one has ever encountered the fact that they provided evidence from CCTV cameras and it is generally assumed that Amazon does not have them in its warehouses.
It is true that I had two accounts and one of them once received a OFM warning, but both were created with different data and payment methods. Since then, it's been a year since I only made legit purchases and was aging my accounts. The account from which I placed the order is several years old and has several legitimate orders on it so it should be strong enough in my opinion.

it was a power bank, shipped and sold directly by Amazon, of course.

You can file 3-10 chargebacks per year safely depending on how active your bank account is, so make it worth it. Since its an expensive iPhone its definitely worth using a chargeback.
Go for it!
There's rumours that amazon closes accounts after chargebacks. This isn't true for the most part. They will only close your account if you're linked to another closed account or if its the first order on the account.
And what are the chances that they can take the money back from my account after the whole procedure? this is what I'm most curious about.

You also have to inform them about your issue before the actual return. BTW WIR won't work if your accounts been OFM flagged, you will receive a email from buyers return saying they received wrong item.
Yes, I informed them about WIR before returning it. It is true that one of my accounts once received a warning from OFM, so you may be right.

Also as mentioned above, did you contact Amazon first? And when you generate a return label, what reason did you choose? You're supposed to write in the text box about briefly what happened.
Once again a chargeback will work.
Yes, I informed them about this matter before and they agreed that I can send back WIR. When I was generating the label I chose the reason "Wrong item was sent". I wrote in the text box the specific name of the item I received instead of the one that was originally ordered.
