Any update on this. I've had success in the past saying that the device itself isnt in the box but everything else is. Do amazon UK weigh?

The carrier takes weights & dimensions at the depot, for record keeping and cost of freight.

PR needed. Filled out an online one just waiting on an officer to get back to me to get the reference number and info amazon need. Filled it out Thursday and haven't heard back yet, will call them myself if they don't get back to me by Tuesday.
