Recently Due to the covid outbreak amazon is not answering calls to customer service and redirect you to live chat .anyone know when they will start accepting calls again .


Also has anyone else also noticed that Amazon are becoming more aware of refunding .i usually get instant refunds now they constantly submit refund request forms

By refund request forms do you mean affidavits? If so then yes I agree.

As for phonecalls, I'm presuming once coronavirus is over.

That's due to the majority of customer service reps working from home.

New guidelines have been Implemented to allow workers to operate remotely, until early October- "at the minimum". Depending on the COVID-19 situation, It may extend until the end of the year, If not longer.
