I'd prefer to talk what you're comfortable with discussing here so others can chime in and everybody benefits.
But I'll PM you my personal contact.

On topic, I've noticed on Amazon returns labels there's one or two additional "barcodes" which I assume are used by the courier company to speed up the sorting process.
@mothered, since you mentioned Amazon can scan these barcodes themselves to find out the original TID anyway regardless if you edit out the TID; would you recommend to completely remove these additional "barcodes"?
Remove all Identifiable details from the company, leaving only the carrier's tracking number- that's all that Is required for the package to reach Its destination.
Tracking barcode* right?

About right. Use a new label and modify with software to make it look legit. Make sure that the package will get disposed of upon receipt.
but for example do we call the courier and make him take the parcel, too, from our house?

Sure. I prefer dropping it off in a dropbox (extra precaution to not be on camera or anything - though I really doubt it matters. I have a dropbox closeby.). You can also just hand it off to them in a drop-off location.

You can put anything you like- even a horizontal line, or a dot (full stop) qualifies as a signature.
As long as there's a marking, anything will do.
