Yes, you most certainly can. I don't usually refund Amazon, but considering how many do you have a simple did not arrive would suffice. Or wrong item was there. Your choice.

Shouldn't the less-than sign in your title be a greater-than sign? Smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S9 currently have a price of $719.99 which is a littlebit less then ~600€ which is > than the 500€ in your threads title.
