So i bought a samsung tablet off amazon.de (weight 880g) and i tried to do Battery Leaking method (not fan of DNA). Contacted support told them upon opening its leaking, my child burnt his hand as it spilled everywhere, screen is cracked, and it got disposed. They told me that they'll contact higher team. After 3h received email from cs-reply. They were sorry and told me to return item, but previously i told them it was diposed. How to proceed next? Keep saying it was disposed due to being hazardous? fresh acc btw

people need to understand we are in 2023 and there is clearly something called "RMA" which is an essential part of the returning process you cant simply go and say
"hey i just disposed your item that i just bought so give me back my money" ... however try sending an email and repeat this exactly "duo to such a horrible accident that effected your own son a severe damage you had no choice except to dispose the item and you weren't aware of such a request "

good ! a high chance they may ignore your excuse and stay adamant with their request , if that was the scenario please show your total consent on their request by the time please do the following :
1- get the product box and throw it in trash
2- get your phone and take multiple picture as if it was you were applying their request
3- mail them the pictures with a clear surroundings and mention that you didn't find the tablet ... with your pictures as evidence even a video if you like to make it more believable .

EDIT : i almost forgot ! don't forget to add a picture of a child who has burning wound on hand

UPDATE;
I spammed them non-stop until i got email saying they now need proof/evidence of bulked battery before they can issue refund or replacement. Thats great so far. Now any ideas how can i make this bulked/leaking battery idea up? Thanks

use your skillset in photoshop and give them what they want or search photos of "bulked/leaking battery's" related to your specific type of tablet by digging for people who may have an actual shared claim on the internet where they upload legit photos on google or even a video on youtube .
"don't forget to throw one or two pictures here and there of burned marks among your evidence"

Yeah in next upcoming days will develop a plan and how to execute it perfectly, will try Soy with Soda mixed together with some foil so it seems like battery is coming out + some photoshop.
