Hi, I'm new to SE, and I'm reading a lot of posts to get as much knowledge as possible, before getting into SE Amazon, so please tell me if I got this right: in order to not get banned on multiple accounts I need to change IP, address, CC, name and cellphone number?

For IP you use VPN(OK)

For name just change it on every account right?

For address, I was wondering if is ok if I just use different address from the zone where I live, because from my experience(I made legit orders and I'm from Italy) when I don't get to answer to the carrier ringing at my apartment, he just calls my phone and tell me to meet where he's parked or something near, so I could use for my address an appartmentbuilding  near, and when the carrier couldn't find my name on the appartment building, i would just make an excuse such as that I just moved and need to change my name on the intercom or something like that. Do you think this could work to change address on  multiple accounts?

For CC, as I read is mandatory to use a Virtual CC, right? The services that I found on the Internet however in order to receive the CC, require me to veify my identity through ID and documents, is that ok? If my CC get banned on Amazon they just ban the numbers CC or they get to ban also my name and billing address? because i saw that on Amazon you can see these two info if I go into my account, because they are associated to the CC...

For the cellphone number do I have also to change that on every account? If so how do you that?

I've personally hit over 20 SEs on the same account.

Do remember that as far as Amazon Is concerned, your claim Is legit. If you treat It as such by giving It that very Impression, your account will go a long way.
