You have a couple of options as follows.

I doubt saying the package never arrived will work.

But saying the "Item" never arrived (In the package) will work.

Perhaps I can say that they've sent me the wrong game?

Given the game weighs next to nothing, using the (empty) box method when supposedly returning the Item will suffice.

Thanks! I'll try the first method then. I never tried the empty box method though. By empty box, do you mean leaving the game box empty or the package empty? Would it compromise my account?
