I just SE’d amazon for a keyboard, with the SE money (i put it on my giftcard) I bought a glorious model o, could I SE that by saying that they might have some sort of glitch in their system (DNAing twice on the same account in the span of a few days)
Anything I say and do here is completely fictional.

just out of curiosity, what method of SE did you use for the keyboard

It's very unlikely that 2 packages at the same address didn't arrive In such close timing.
That is true but I’m thinking I could say there could be a glitch in their system so that’s why my house wasn’t delivered to twice in such a short time.
It’s fine if it’s impossible cause I still got the keyboard and mouse for free😂

They won't fall for It.
If they haven't Identified an Internal flaw/bug In their system, your word holds zero value.

Every SE has a possibility to succeed, but what's concerning In your case, Is the likelihood of each event taking place (as explained In my previous post) which Is slim.
All good then, got both of them for free still.
