Amazon Return Message #1
Hey guys! I've had my Amazon account for about a year now and have done around 10 legit orders and 5 successful FTID's. I recently got this email from ofm@Amazon.com.

Hello,

We are writing about the number of problems you have experienced with your order. Your correspondence with us shows you have requested multiple refunds. The majority of these have been for packages which were not returned to us.
The details of such orders are as follows:

Through the normal course of business, we expect the occasional problem. However, your account history shows an unusually high rate of problems.

We are unable to issue refunds for packages which are not received at our returns center.

Continued failure to follow our policies may result in you no longer being able to buy or sell on Amazon.com.

To learn more about our policies, visit our “Conditions of Use” page. You can find a link to this page at the bottom of any page on Amazon.com.

If you have any questions regarding your account in the future, please reply to this email.

What does this mean? Should I delete my account and a create a new one? Is my same address still useable?

Thanks!

That's due to the so-called FTID, which unsurprisingly raised suspicion on the account.

Your account has been flagged and Is hanging by a thread.

Not yet.

Extra care must be taken with future SEs.

When creating another account, the address will be detected and associated to your previous one resulting In the new account being closed.

It's more to the point of being cautious with every SE, rather than stop using the account for ex-amount of time.

Whether you don't use It for 5 weeks or 5 months, there's every chance of It being permanently closed If you keep SEing In the same manner.

I've just received this email as well.
Is there any way to dispute it, or actually return the item? (In $2800 deep with this refund, just curious if there's any way to fix it?)

I thought better to create another account with pure mobile proxy and to modify a little bit address.

A flagged account cannot be reversed In the short-term.

What exactly did your SE Involve.

I refed a new MacBook Pro, however, I ended up getting it resolved.

I just replied to the refusal of refund email with this:
"I'm just confused about how your warehouse never received the item? The tracking number shows that it was delivered and accepted back to Amazon. I have the drop-off receipt if needed."

A few hours later I received a new email stating that they're going to initialize the refund.

TLDR; Issue Fixed

A very good approach.

Well done.
