I haven't ordered the products yet! I'm not sure if I should just order a switch and a game or try for something more expensive such as a laptop. What do you think?

Based on this:
Quote:Hi! I'm very new to SE

Opt for the less-expensive Item(s). Once your confidence builds, so too will your methods of execution. You can then SE to your heart's content.

I am not very sharp at SE, however a fire-hazard scenario is extremely effective. Or one of my favorites is when they ask for you to return, you say that you cut yourself on it and you are diagnosed with HIV/Hepatitis-C. Lmfao they want nothing to do with that!
Need help with anything involving servers, network troubleshooting, primitive hosting, etc? Message me!

Most organizations refuse to accept goods with blood, but putting HIV Into the equation certainly helps.

As @mothered has said, it is better to opt for the cheaper option if you are relatively new

Perhaps I should've been more specific.

I'm totally against those who SE by faking their Illness, for example as though they have cancer with only a short time to live. I've come across a few people who use a terminal Illness to their advantage, by creating a fictitious scenario for personal gain. It's Immoral and a total disrespect to those who're actually suffering from the disease.

Interesting. I don't quite understand where you form the line of disrespect and SE'ing.
Is it safe for me to assume that you are fine with using HIV as an excuse but not cancer?
Sure, I do understand that cancer is far more wrecking than HIV, but both are still death sentences.

Correct.

You're missing the point.

Firstly, HIV Is no longer a death sentence:

Quote:If you do become infected, with appropriate treatment, a person living with HIV in 2016 can expect to live a normal lifespan. But the most important message is it’s no longer a death sentence,"
* The average lifespan of a person without HIV is 79 years.
* The average lifespan of a person with HIV diagnosed at age 20 taking current HIV medicines is 71 years.

University Of Virginia.

Quote:A positive HIV diagnosis is not something to be taken lightly, but with modern treatments, the diagnosis is no longer a death sentence. According to Dr. Adam Spivak, an HIV specialist at University of Utah Health.

University Of Utah Health.

As per my aforementioned post:
Quote:I'm totally against those who SE by faking their Illness, for example as though they have cancer with only a short time to live.

The point Is- faking a terminal/Incurable Illness to use to their advantage, Is what I'm totally against.
