The Sonos Soundbar/Playbar Is 900mm (0.9 meters) which Is almost a meter long, so It's a little too big to box.

Sorry for the long reply I have been away. They never refunded so now I am going through a chargeback saying that I returned the item and have edited a postage receipt.

Have ordered £3k worth of items from DJI Europe. All got delivered in the same box by DHL. Ordered 2 drones, a bag and a gimball and I said only 1 drone came.

They’ve investigated and refused a refund even after I provided a police report.

I’m quite confident at refunding and would normally take it further to the head office but I cannot find any contact info online.
I also would normally just do a chargeback here, but I have done around 15 on my credit card and don't want to do another really!

They declined it because they are saying all items were delivered and matched the weight etc so DHL refused the claim.

This Is a perfect example why you need to be selective when using the Item missing method.

First and foremost, Is the Item's weight- anything (as with your case) that registers on consignment to warrant It's enclosed In the package, should not be SEd.
