Are they asking to purely return the "box?".

had said that the box for the items was received, but not the item itself and mentioned the box may of been tampered with. She said it happens often and they’ll refund it/replace and to send the box back with the items it came with.

looks like success is within reach. just make sure the wrong item sent is something that AZ sells too or they have in stock. there are many items that they have in common stock with tgt or WM or staples.. try copy paper or something like that cheap and heavy and bulky. you can SE those too. good luck
