Hi! How can I refund a TV? My account have a lot of legal orders and some refunds, how can i refund a big thing?

I'm going to purchase two items from amazon, one for $30 and the second for $160 (it's a cpu water cooling system, packed in a box similar to dslr camera). Then try to refund $160 by saying I received only one, and another never came. Will be using chat. How well would it work and how big is my chance. I have successfully se'd few companies on items in price range from $50 to $700. will use a legit account with around 50 purchases.
also would appreciate better ideas and tips
